Objective
With a well crafted ink pigment, the product deserves a little more than plastic packaging. So, I took on the challenge to redesign the current package design of Daler Rowney's Calli Ink. The goal is to minimize sustainable material waste with the ability to protect the product inside, enhance brand presence on shelf while maintaining its brand integrity to its loyal consumers and attract newer users. It was a really fun challenge to develop a structured form that clearly displays the product and made with a single card stock substrate.
Visual
The alternative design allows product reveal and clear visual of the Calli Ink brand. translated the design elements from the labels to maintain familiarity to current customers.
Structure
The package is made to minimize the waste. It is made with a single substrate and holds together securely without any use of adhesive.
Triple Colour Set
The triple colour set package offers a set of three colours within the same temperature for artists and aspiring artists to purchase.
